Last March was our very long "holiday". Our first Umrah and we named it "rame mak byur".
Jeddah, after long 10 hours above the sky, transited to Dubai, and continued then to Jeddah for 4 hours. Well, thank you Emirates for not providing us any cuisine of GOAT. And stars were "hanging" everywhere while we tried to sleep at night. Yippi. (Please, actually i hoped a stewardess sang me Bintang Kehidupan and kissed my forehead tenderly). Okei, for many stories ahead, i'll post my exotic journey, related to my second spiritual to Meccah and Madinah. i hope you, my best readers, will be inspired to make Umrah on your top list. :)
After arrived to Jeddah and checked in passport, we went to Madinah, one of Islamic Holy Land. The weather was about 20º. Nosebleed is around. Also this cute writer either. We visited Nabawi Mosque, prayed in Raudah (a place between Prophet's tomb and the rostrum). You can imagine how people could get over there, did pray, we're pushed by anyone, ouw my... That's what we can say that Umrah and Hajj are physical worship. Need more effort to reach high patient and gratitude. But it was great. How you can learn, as personal, differences into one situation. How you can keep your attitude. Or even to respect a person whom can takes your queue. If you want to test your result of worship, come to Holy Land. :)
Fullfiled my starve in Madinah. This was my fav place . The servants were mostly from Indonesia. So, i wasn't surprised by Sidul Anak Madinah. I ate "Terong Kentang Daging cincang" every single of my day in Madinah. Then, I spent my 6 riyal for each Terong and bakso, 8 riyal for kebab, and 2 riyal for milk tea. Ayeee... see? i'm chubby in pajamas.
Day 4, when the sun shined and burned our skin. We wore Ihram and have'been ready to the next trip... Meccah.
